We want Steeple to be a place where everyone feels safe, heard, and valued.

This form invites you to share your questions, ideas, or concerns (or encouragement!) with our leadership, board, and safety team. While we may not act on every suggestion, we take all feedback seriously and use it to help our community grow in care, trust, and vibrancy.

All feedback is treated confidentially and is first directed to the Safety Team who will forward your submission to the relevant team to consider the appropriate action.
